All equipment will be provided for the sessions including kettlebells, powerbags, dumbbells, clubbells, core momentum trainer, TRX, medicine balls, tornado balls, BOSU boards, boxing and kickboxing gloves and pads, hurdles, agility ladder, speed resistor, evasion belt plus more which is on top of a very large repertoire of bodyweight exercises. You can train on your own or you train in a small group of a maximum of 4 people if you prefer to exercise with friends, colleagues, teammates or family members.
