Personal Trainer, Advanced Functional Trainer, Strength Coach For Athletic Development, Kinetic Chain Assessment Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Specialist In Functional Performance, Hormonal Fat Loss Specialist, Advanced Kettlebell Instructor, GP Referral Specialist, Massage Therapist, Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor
Hi everyone, Shaun here. Thank you for taking the time to find out more about me and what I offer…
I am a highly motivated and fully qualified personal trainer, metabolic typing advisor and massage therapist. I have worked within the fitness industry since 2005 and I have helped a wide variety of clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
I have worked with hundreds of clients from athletes, actresses, models, footballer’s wives and business owners to accountants, teachers, nurses, lorry drivers, call centre workers and students and I have also been selected as a trainer on a TV show.
I pride myself on my knowledge and being the most qualified personal trainer in the area having completed over 45 qualifications, courses and workshops. I have studied with some of the industry’s leading experts including world renowned Kettlebell expert Mike Mahler, the UK’s leading strength coach Phil Richards, 2x British natural strongman champion Jack Lovett, functional training specialist John Hardy, hormonal fat loss expert Jade Teta as well as completing a 6 month internship with the world’s most expensive personal trainer Dax Moy.
I absolutely love helping my clients reach their goals as there is no better feeling than knowing you are making a difference in the world which is why I have sought out the best training methods and nutritional practices from the world’s leading health and fitness experts to ensure I can help everyone no matter what their goal is.
My philosophy is that in order to see lasting results you have to work on three key areas which are exercise, nutrition and mindset. If you fail to work on improving any of these areas, I have found from experience that the chances of achieving your goals are very slim, however, if you work on improving all three areas at once then it creates synergy and GUARANTEES results.
My coaching is based around 5 principles which are Safety, Efficiency, Variety, Fun and most importantly Results to ensure my clients receive a 5 star service.
Each and every session I deliver is purposeful and effective and I ensure you work hard to achieve your desired results whilst also having fun. I’m a great believer that exercise should not only be effective but it should be fun and varied to help keep you motivated, which is why I use a variety of the most enjoyable training equipment and methods.
Working with me will make sure you train with the newest, most effective and most exciting training techniques not only now, but in the future as I am dedicated to continuously developing my knowledge and skills to guarantee all my clients achieve the results they want.
